Lol. Coyle, Malcolm Smith as captains.
I'll take any defensive player from a Pete Carrol team. That dude knows defensive players.
A couple of my cousins from Seattle are diehard Seahawks fans. They said this guy is the real deal, replaced Wagner for a couple of games when he got injured and the defense didn't miss a beat. High character guy that plays with a chip on his shoulders.

Details on this guy? Where will he play?

Solid special teamer.

Were we pleased with our depth at LB last year?

I'll raise you one, LOBO...."Were we pleased with our depth ANYWHERE last yr?" Not sure how it happened, but in short order, we went from extremely talented to lacking talent everywhere....O, D, STs. Not only did we not have legit starters, we didn't have anything meaningful to back it up with.

Chainlink effect after Ray-Ray went down... when you don't have much depth/identity things can go south really quick and they sure as heck did.

That mass exodus of talent coupled with horrible drafts, all magnified by a horrid defensive scheme.... it's been so rough. Adding all of this "mid-level" talent has hopefully helped a lot, and is just the start of getting back to solid drafting, smart use of free agency, consistent schemes on O and D, and a successful rebuild where were perennially competing in the playoffs. But it's going to be a long long road, and I think we now have the FO to pull it off.

I don't think it's gonna be a long long road as long as the teams makes strides every year. It starts with nailing this draft. It happened with SEA, it happened with us.
I hope we dont keep him. Ray-Ray can backup MLB, Tartt at WILL.
They are leading Ray Ray to the dog house and taking Coyle out of the cage. Saleh likes him.
