I can't remember any good recent player trades. The last draft day trade I remember really working out for us was 2010 we traded what ended up as Donald Butler for Navorro Bowman and Anthony Dixon.

The last good 49ers trade for me was in 2011 when 49ers trade for a 29 yr old Cornerback, Carlos Rogers from the Washington Redskins. At the time the fans were disappointed because they wanted the front office to sign big name players such as Nnamdi Asomugha. Carlos was voted 2nd team all-pro after that year, while Nnamdi did not amount into anything. 
This year, I expect the 49ers to trade for another 29 yr old player from the Washington Redskins and I expect some of the fans to be disappointed, once again.
