Those are definitely the formations I grew up watching. But we didn't run a whole lot of 4 wide though. We usually went with a TE or FB in favor of the 4th Wr.

Imagine Brandon Williams between Armstead and Buckner. Draft Garrett.
Not sure who would be a terrific target for ILB in FA. Would love another long CB to pair with Robinson.
WR and QB will most likely be from the draft. Kerley is a must resign.
