Same. You can take a flier on a H/W/S prototype in Moore and have him learn FROM the man on how to do it and do it right from the start. If Witherspoon, Moore and McFadden don't grow exponentially under him, they've got issues.

Hope Moore can turn into a Spoon/Culliver type of hybrid. Has time to come along like Spoon himself.
