2. Baalke and Harbaugh.. 2 years removed from the conflict now both are gone....

Well it all comes down to the owner's boy ruling the roost and not being held substantially accountable for his decisions because you dont dismiss owners.

I'll answer this question. Pride and arrogance. York (John or Jed) want the credit when things are going well on the football field. They end up eliminating the keystone. The cornerstone. The golden egg. Pick your metaphor. They will destroy it.
