With Atlanta on their way to a 1st round bye, that means Pioli (and Shanahan) should be available to interview this week.

Wolf is not leaving GB.
Doubtful anyone linked to Belichick comes here after Kelly gets canned. Belichick was critical of the Iggles firing Kelly after 3 years, what do you think he'll be saying to his guys in private about the 49ers?

I would at least like Jed to call for interviews with
Paoli
Wolf
Young.
I know young is as much of a long shot as can be. But he is a good talent evaluator, knows what it feels like to be in a winning franchise, is well-spoken, very intelligent, and knows what to look for in a franchise quarterback.
Let's keep GM updates here.
If young isnt interested then i dont want jed reaching out and interviewing him at all. It just has wtf written all over it

Trent is GONE! It was, after all, the right thing to do! All stuff pertaining to the hiring of a new GM goes here. All others will be either merged or eradicated.

Not if they hire a legit respected candidate. If they hire a Chris Ballard or a George Paton, only people trolling will have reason to complain really.

Wolf is not leaving GB and Decosta is not leaving Baltimore. They are both setup to be future GMs in stable, successful organizations.

If they want a promotion and a chance to do that right now, they will take that opportunity. If they are willing to sit back and wait, then I agree Bill will probably have a significant influence
