What do you fear the most this off-season? Besides the obvious, like not firing Baalke.

1. Tom Gamble being promoted and hiring his good friend Rex Ryan to take over as head coach.
2. Drafting a QB with Myles Garrett still on the board.
3. Not drafting a QB with Myles Garrett not on the board.

Jed making football decisions.
1. Nothing happening.
2. Trading a 1st-rounder and then some for Garapollo (two 2nd-rounders at the very most would be okay, even then it might be an overpay).
3. Marathe becomes GM.
4. We fire Chip Kelly BUT we merely promote from within.
Not firing Baalke
this man should be every single 49er fans #1 fear

O'Neil returning as DC and no QB changes would be even scarier.
of course the biggest fear is Jed not growing a set of balls and not making any moves to this staff...also a big fear I have bc of last year is no big name players will want to sign even if they over pay..they have to sign a DC with a big name like Rex Ryan to set an example..
Not firing Baalke, putting Gamble in the GM spot if Baalke is fired, signing Jay Cutler (if released by the Bears) and not drafting a QB until the later rounds, again.

I'm totally opposite with number 1 but agree with the rest..i hope they sign Rex Ryan..hes a defensive mind these players need..hes confident in every thing he does..Harbaugh had that factor with the whole team..where u walk onto that field dripping with confidence knowing the opponents are in fear..
Worse case: Baalke fired, Gamble promoted and nothing else changes in the FO
Disaster case: Baalke not fired, nothing changes in the FO
Black Hole Catastrophe case: Paraag anointed as GM
