All QBs should ideally be curated in the same situation where they are game managers for the first couple of seasons, then they progress from there.
I say resign Kap and draft a QB in round 3 and let him develop behind Kap.
There are no QBs with the talent level of Dak chilling in the 3rd round...go look at his stats in college he improved as a QB every yr. Threw for more yards along with improving his completion % every yr. He was a leader and has shown that at the next level, sure having a great OL and running game helped but he was gonna be successful regardless (just not as quickly IMO).
He's the outlier not the norm for mid round QBs.
