Does it matter? When you're down 3 scores the running back becomes rather insignificant

But that's the best time to score a garbage TD and flex! :P

He did that jump cut to the left, week 1 against the Rams. Now it's his go to thing, I've seen defenders swarm to where he hasn't even jumped yet. Save for Barry Sanders, never really liked a dancer. More enjoy the one cut backs

He's a good back in a 2 back system. He can't stay healthy and he dances too much. So we still need another RB.

He is the best week 1 running back in history of the nfl. After that he is just below average.

No he is not a primary RB. His ability to catch and dancing abilities makes him an outstanding 3rd down back.
Look at the way all the top backs run, they have bad intentions and no one wants to tackle them. They square up on Hyde and wait for him to dance and gang tackle him.

If the NFL shortens the season to 5 games, then hell yeah!

Overrated. Can't stay healthy and his reckless running style will have him out the league sooner then later. Plus he looks miserable with the Niners, can't really blame him.

Zeke Elliot would have been a great pick for us...so who gets him? Cowboys, and they needed D help. And then in Rd 4get Dak. Ok, so here's why/ how that happened:
We needed backup at NT....Ian was good but kept getting nicked up... And now he is injured for good, and is gone...no mas
We also needed a starting OLB passrusher, a good one.
Worse, we needed ILB help, and with Bow's injury last yr, really needed two ILB starters...that and Ian's injury were prophetic
We needed everything but a LT on the OL....our C had missed a lot of time, after a failed surgery and then a redo...as it turned out, Beadles and Garnett were excellent, and who knew about Trenton Brown? Hard to believe we not only have a starting OL now, we have a backup starter. Guess you would have to say we got one piece fixed...OL..a great place to start
We got our QB in Rd 6, but on a talent shy team, for some reason didn't like him well enough to not keep him off waiver wire...turned out to be a bad screwup...but who knew:
Both QBs reverted to last yrs form of busts? We shoulda never let Driskell hit waiver wire. He was gone immediately. So we got Bust 1 & Bust 2....ponder cut. We suddenly got bupkis at QB.
Blair in Rd 5 turned out to be a great 5th Rd pick. Not big enough for DE, he has gotten limited time as a passrusher....why I don't know, but he should be in there more
The THREE SURPRISES: 3 cover corners in rds 3,4, and 6...one injured and out for yr, one with hx of getting in trouble, and one Okayed to play, and now out with injury. DC O'Neil needed 3 cover corners for his brand of D. One never gets on field, and all 3 out with injury...maybe get one back?
We do get a nice WR , the best in Canada's CFL. Plays very good...now out with injury. Draft another, and sure enough HE gets hurt .Pick up Kerley, and finally a starter who isn't hurt
HC/OC....turns out with all the injuries, our HC's propensity for run and gun, all up tempo, gets us the most 3 and outs in the league, or it sure seems that way. It makes it so that the D is on the field virtually all the time, and can't stay healthy. Chip is forced to slow the pace, but whether 2 bad QBs or not, chip's rapid fire O is just one three and out after another...his playcalling leaves a lot to be desired considering the tiny talent pool we have left. Is he really the right guy?
meanwhile Cowboys got Zeke and Dak, two first rate starters to go along with their great OL.
We got our OL...finally. Other than that we need starters EVERYWHERE. worse, we need a FR QB and a vet starter/backup when FR QB is ready.
We did improve in the best place to start...OL...but literally we need starters everywhere else, except DE, where we got a good pair...unfortunately, both are nicked pretty bad and one for sure needs surgery and the other needs 3 months rest to get better.
GM maybe on the ropes and looking at this roster one can see why...but the overarching thing is...we have been repeatedly snakebit yet again. If we cannot keep guys healthy, we will never get off the dime
In summary , if we ever draft another injured guy, or guy with injury hx, we...ie, Trent , needs his head examined.
Oh, and Carlos is great BUT...he can't stay healthy...we need a starting RB..also. Surprise!

No, because he's always hurt.
He never "danced" under Harbaugh & Tomsula, js
