I would add Packers too with Giants, DEN and Pitt. I hated them in the 90's but they built a nice team. I agree 100% with those other teams..Saints, Bucs, and Rams were terrible. The Ravens were still the Cleveland Browns in 95 with Belichick as Head Coach.
