That can't be he was a first round qb, cant miss situation. A first round qb selection will solve all our problems even though we currently have 2 on the roster now

We didn't draft them....they were BOTH overrated and can't run Chip's offense clearly. I hope they let Chip finally get his guy instead of throw more washed up/ backups at him and tell him to work with it.

Top blitzing team in the NFL. The O line struggled but the QB has to hit his hot reads. Not missing wide open receivers. Have to make teams pay for blitzing but when the QB is scared of being hit and isn't accurate that just makes it to easy for the D.

yup agreed QB and coach have to make adjustments but like you said the issue is he's missing his WRs all day! We should have been up 21-7

Draft a QB all-in get their man move up if need be

Look at FA for WRs this draft

This draft is deep at pass rusher so that's nice (i'd like to get Melvin Ingram in FA)

We are set in the secondary I like Ward/Robinson/DJ/Redmond

There's piece but without a QB it's not gonna happen with this system. I do like that we've moved up from 32nd in the league in points per game to top 15. WE NEED PASS RUSH.

This has been debated in the qb and Kaep thread ad infinitum. The point is, we know what he was capable of doing a couple of years ago. So does the rest of the NFL unfortunately. But there seems no guarantee at all that he is still capable of playing to that standard even if opposing defensice coordinators would allow it.

I would be happy to see him and Ponder out there this year to assess what, if anything, we have got. But picking up a top ranked qb through the draft does seem right now the most sensible option.

Can't rebuild this team with Baalke. With the exception of Hide, he has failed at every other attempt to draft offensive skill players. One in six ain't gonna cut it.

Baalke has to go. He's horrible. And then a new GM needs to be a real football guy and jed take a serious backseat. (Hah)

A new GM will want to bring in his own coach. So, yeah, good luck with all of that.

Now that they have reasonable talent on the OL and DL they need to address the skill positions. QB, pass rush specialist OLB, WRx2, ILB, S would be the order of priorities IMO.
