This one. At least the 2004 team was devoid of talent due to salary cap reasons.

2004, because they never even sniffed winning a game 28-0.
Also 2015 was worse than 2016, IMO. Last year was no organization or proper preparation all throughout the season! This year you can see the logic of the coaching schemes and pinpoint the specific areas where the talent is lacking.

I watched every game of that god awful 2004 season and thought I'd never see football that bad ever again. This team is proving me wrong however.
