With Phil's skill to execute every type of kickoff this seems like a very logical move considering the touchback is now out to the 25 yard line.

Pinion can barely punt, no need to have him screw up kickoffs as well.

Then again, we only plan on kicking off once, so pretty sure we can have either of them do it.
