I missed the 49ers vs Panthers entire 1st quarter due to the "blackout". I was like "blackout" what blackout? I payed the NFL package, how could it be a blackout? I checked the local and etc... I was really panic LOL, finally it came back, anyone having this issue?

Not today, but directv struggles whenever a game is on multiple channels. I missed almost all of game one of the Warriors semifinal game because it was blacked out on both channels by accident.
I called and they seemed to have no idea what to do. I got a 30 dollar credit though after some arguing.

happened to me today as well.
i went to the gamday mix 2 where they have like 8 games in split screens. I hit the red button. then clicked to watch the 49er/CAR game and it gave an HD option and a regular option. The HD option didnt work but the non HD version worked for me.
