This man gets it.

So do I. Hoping for the best, prepared for the worst.

I'm not expecting a winning record. I'm just saying the power rankings mean diddly poo.
Arrow can only go up!

32. San Francisco 49ers
2015 record: 5-11
Post-draft ranking: No. 31

Blaine Gabbert is 8-27 in his career as a starting quarterback and has the worst completion percentage and Total QBR since he entered the NFL. He is currently in contention for the 49ers' starting job. That's ... not good.

See I can play too!

1. San Francisco 49ers
2015 record: 5-11
Post-draft ranking: No. 31

Blaine Gabbert started shaky in his Chip Kelly offensive debut but finished strong with a 44-yard TD strike to Vance McDonald. Offense put up 300 yards in the first half alone (140/pass-160/run) and held the $19M QB Brock Osweiller to just 27 passing. That ... is good. If not for two poorly timed fumbles, this game isn't even close.

Citing preseason status isn't helping your argument that you aren't Taylor Price

2011 was after an offseason with a labor dispute/looming lockout threat that affected all teams though...
Good time to go to my first game at Levi's. Only hardcore fans will be there, if any show up.

Ok how about this... the Bengals were 32 in that ranking and MADE THE PLAYOFFS

what happened to your overly positive gimmick?

  1. Kap dead arm
  2. Gabbert being Gabbert
  3. Thad gone
  4. Pondering what to do

Citing a 44 yard touchdown pass after going for it on 4th and 1 on our own 25 yards line halfway into the first quarter down one score. Lol okay. Preseason.

Never fails that people forget how meaningless the preseason is every year

Gabbert looked awful - finish strong LOL! all that yardage was put up by 2nd stringers against a D missing their best players. get your head out of the sand.

The power of Baalke!
Who gives a s**t. Power rankings are so stupid. They mean absolutely nothing in pro sports. We are gonna struggle this year and it really doesn't matter if we are the 27th ranked team or the worst team.
