Defo has gotten good at getting skinny and flipping his hips after clearing the guard's hands.

As I posted this, I thought, this stat, if correct shines a lot of light on the draft this season. Everyone, myself and the pros included felt we needed an edge rusher, and we took a tackle, and bunch of DB's....the bunch of DB's makes a lot more sense.
Hits and hurries. Only 3 sacks because he has no edge help and he's a big boy who's naturally going to take longer to get home.
We need not one but two real edge rushers and Buckner would be a damn monster on the stat sheet.

Doesn't help when he's also getting double teamed.

He left a few sacks on the table, too. These two come to mind. One slipped through his arms, and another negated by a penalty. I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting. The guy is a BEAST.

Buckner is a monster. Love the kid and can't wait to see him next to Thomas on passing downs this year. Could be a top 5 pair of interior pass rushers in the NFL.
