Chip has publicly stated he's going to manage the offense so clearly the OC is only working with the RB's.
That isn't clear to me at all. Not from what he said about how they prepare, plan, and call a game. His OC, it would seem to me, is the guy responsible to assure practices overall focus on the strategy and plan picked by consensus and agreed to by Kelly and his offensive staff. The staff plans,They finalize the and agree with what they are going to do, Kelly calls the plays that have been practiced and agreed to. I thought the OC is overall responsible to make sure the offense is ready to run those plays?
