The front 7 on Defense and offense line. Fixing these improves everything on both sides of the ball in all areas. A good pass rush and run stop reflects better production from the DBs. Improvement of o line gives QB security, time, and RB lanes. Everyone should post, let it be known to front office, and want a impact player on the defensive front. Drop all talk of hoping 1st rd picks that won't make a difference this next season. Taking any QB will not instantly make our team better, taking a WR the same if the QB has no time to throw. Should get many agreements.

Someone needs to do a shout out to Anthony Davis, that he's being doubted and go ahead put in reinstatement papers instead of fans counting on propaganda.

I agree. The OL and DL need to be revamped if we want to be competitive this season and moving forward. It is going to take a combination of FA and the draft to do so.
I hope AD can come in and be the same player he was before his injury but I wouldn't count on it. He's been out of football for over a year and it may take that long for him to get back in shape and get back in the groove of things. However, if he does come back and EARN the starting job at RT, that would be a bonus.

exactly. couldnt be more true. look at our most recent glory days(harbaugh) why were we so good, cause we invested money in our lines and ended up with monster front lines which in turn made our entire team tremendously better. we dont have to do anything fancy right now just the same thing we did 5 years ago get a strong OL and some beast pass rushers

Main point , everyone needs to post the hell out of upgrading our front 3 Defense line we have none that are even close to a Justin Smith! Add at least 2 high rated O line men.

Yup. OL DL and LB's should be the main targets in FA and the draft. But if a good skill player is there for the taking I'm ok with it. Like if they are sold on Goff and he's there at 7. Or a wr in the second or third.

Unfortunately half the zone is more interested in splash than blue collar. Hope we can get at least one DL, OL and either an ILB or OLB in FA, then we can go BPA impact player.

I think the first priority is to get the locker room chemistry back.

There are a few good pieces we should be able to pick up in FA to fix both sides. Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of teams with similar needs who have lots of cap space.
Malik Jackson should be priority #1 in free agency. There are several guys on the OL who can help us turn things around there though if Alex Mack opts out of his deal he should be the #1 guy to grab on the OL side.

Absolutely...there are some dandy OL to be had, especially early and one of the best DL drafts in recent history. Baalke needs to make hay, & I'm pretty sure he will. Between the draft and FA, the Baalke/Kelly team can make up a lot of ground toward beefing up both lines. They both know how important that is.

This ^ def needs to happen. Other wise he needs to keep quiet and allow fans and coaches to make their changes based off of what he says. He needs to speak up or forever hold his peace. Its not fair to jerk around the team or the fans unless he is actually going to go through with it and if so then say something. I don't believe he has to wait for a certain day does he?
I will be honest in saying that I don't know all the different aspects of lineman play and who should go where. As a NINER fan tho i know we need a pass rush and a line that can protect but also bully people. Like others have said.....TB or Manning would of been running for their lives with the right side of our line the way it was through most of the season. That's why I am back and forth on Kap Gabs situations. On D tho its just flat out obvious. We need pas rush specialist in there. Lynch I think will break out this year IF there is another rusher. Its that front seven that influence the play of the backs. Just my thoughts.
