Because he got rid of McCoy and Jackson? How does trading two guys make a guy a racist? Because those guys called him a racist. No, if this was the case he would have got rid of cooper who was the biggest distraction of them all but that doesn't fit your agenda:

All joking aside, I'm happy about this. There are so many blacks in the NFL, we should be represented in the coaching/assistant ranks, IMO. This assumes they are qualified of course.

Any coach who would cut a productive player because he said a bad word at a concert doesn't have what it takes to coach in the NFL.
