Much better than McGooey!
The Hayne plane may very well take off once again.
I like this hire a lot....

don't know a single thing about him, but he can't be worse than the last guy
I hate to break it to you guys but Haynes problem wasnt coaching

Rathman is still Hayne's coach.

Still, its a new year to come. Will see what develops. Maybe here, maybe elsewhere, maybe not.

A lot more excitement around the WZ now that a new coaching staff is flowing in all the same.

If he cant stop putting the ball on the ground, it wont matter who his coach is, he's done. Kelly will have less patience with him than Tomsula did.

Dont think even us aussies would disagree that he is gone if he keeps losing the ball.
but to put it in perspective
He dropped the ball outright in game 1, never did it again
He dropped the ball when hit by his own blockers after he did not call the play off, never did that again either
He had the ball stripped from behind when attempting a return, never had the ball stripped from him again including quite a few carries at RB in the 2nd last game and took a few good hits in the process.

He never repeated the same type of error, so maybe the coaching has gotten through to him and he has been learning. I really hope so and he comes out next season and proves to be a huge asset to the club. Think the coaching they gave him in fundamentals was good but i still feel the old coaching staff lacked vision in what certain players could do and underutilised many players strengths. And not just referring to Hayne there either

This. All day. Still, I expect a big improvement from Hayne one year in. Make or break time.

Does that go for the rest of them?

No. The coaches were freaking awful. Hayne had to learn NFL football aa well as the dealing with awful coaching.

Right?

That's what I am saying

Ellington was the king of bringing it out to the 11yd line
