I heard one person speculate that Kelly might platoon our QBs like most do with RBs. The source was not a big name and I haven't confirmation of this.
But once I heard it I've been enamored with the idea. I never thought the QB position was so sacred and the only position that one cannot platoon. Why not try?
So I'm curious if this get any attention or if it was a case of a dumb idea of a fleeting thought.

Thanks for doing this Texas. Chip certainly seems like he not only evolves but enjoys the process of it, meeting with various mentors and philosophies.

Absolutely. These are great observations Texas. I expect more schematic tweaks as well. I don't take Chip for the kind of guy to publicly state his desire to diversify his scheme and staff earlier this year, just to then turn around and make zero changes.

He's also working on cadence with the QB to get defenses to jump off sides.
On our team, he's also probably going to rely a little less on WR's but more on versatile TE's and RB's in the passing game.
More power in the running game (more jumbo lineman).
Anyone notice anything different about the diversity of specialists with his coaching staff and offensive mentors?

Yep. Again, smart move, if it was done intentionally to allay some of the ignorant racist comments from Philly. But it may have just been a coincidence. I think Chip tries to hire smart people, and probably doesn't give a crap what color or religion they are.
