I know the OC wont matter because Chip will be in control of that but we need to hire the best DC out there

3-4 but their D was best suited for the 4-3.

I am not a fan of the Tampa 2 Defense, but I feel like it will do him wonders in the perception department and in attracting players to come here if his DC was Lovie Smith and his OC was Pep Hamilton. Plus, we could do and have done a lot worse with our coordinator hires in the past.
