Quote from Jed York: "Eight-and-8 and 5-11, neither one of them is acceptable to me"
So Jed fired Harbaugh because Harbaugh had one season of 8-8 (which was unacceptable to Jed), even though Harbaugh's career record as an NFL HC is terrific.
Based on this quote, we can rule out Sean Payton (7-9), Chip Kelly (7-9), Mike Holmgren (4-12), and Mike Shanahan (3-13). They all finished their last season as an NFL HC with a losing record. Totally unacceptable to Jed York.
Jed also said "I'd rather take a swing on 'Jimmy T' like we did and if we miss, the nice thing about the NFL is, they reward you for missing."
After failing with Mike Singletary and Jim Tomsula. Which position coach from the current Niners staff can be promoted to HC? What is the name of the current defensive line coach and linebacker coach? They might be our next HC.

Maybe offensive position coach this time. How about QB coach Steve Logan? Heck, we will be rewarded for missing.

One of the dream scenarios I have been hearing from some people for offense and it sounds alright is
Sean Payton HC
Hue Jackson OC
With these two theirs no way our offense would not be explosive.
