Tom Rathman

Hardest working coach @49ers

he always had the RB's up to speed each week and ready to roll. Just let down by the play calling of the OC.

Given how many new RB we used this year "off the street" to get them up,to speed and productive under this OL was down to his efforts.

A true Teaching coach! Look no further then at Haynes progress as an example.

The only coach worth keeping?

Deserves a fat bonus by the yorks....what would be yours to give him though

Another benefit of hiring Holmgren - he's probably the only worthwhile HC that would keep Rathman but jettison everyone else, and NOT be considered an agreeable York lackey in doing so.

Hell yah! At least Rathman has the balls to sit a player down if he makes a bonehead mistake. Tomsula is like, "No worries, man, I make bonehead decisions all the time." Learn from it and move on.

if our DL coach can be HC, TE coach can be our DC and our QB coach can become OC, why not RB coach to HC? makes sense. JEd still saves monies.
