Sick they are the worst in the division and the other 3 teams in our division are still young, it will probably be about 5 or 6 more years

That was my thinking exactly. The homer in me wanted to say 2017. But looking at the coaching situation, QB situation, talent on the roster, and where we stand within the division....2018 is more likely.
Even that is dependent on the organization making the right moves. If they don't, it will take longer than that. As you mentioned, it took 9 years last time because they made coaching and QB mistakes.
