The bad - Gabbert, Tartt.
The ugly - everything else.
The whole season has been ugly from start to finish. Retirements, off field collapses (Smith, Macdonald) and injuries have all contributed to the product on the field.
I don't think this is the year to clean house for a number of reasons. There will be a lot of teams looking for coaching and I'm willing to bet SF isn't going to be high on anyone's list (re: Harbaugh situation). The available pool of coaches looks relatively slim this year anyways. Cleaning house now will just add to the instability of the whole thing.
the 49ers aren't situated all that bad from a cap and draft perspective going into the offseason. That is, they have a high draft slot, some extra picks and a potential returnee into the starting fold (A.Davis). Consider also that they will have lots of cap room to retool.
As to Baalke, consider that Armstead and Tartt are both proving to be good picks.
