Seems like a great kid. All round athlete in college who was All American at football and track. Also competed on the wrestling team at Bemidgi State. Not a burner by any means, but very strong and good hands. Went from UDFA to starting 3 games for the Raiders in 2014. Was signed off Cleveland PS a few weeks back so he should have a good handle on the Brown's offense and defense.

Leonhardt dressed for the Raiders first 10 games last season, but had a couple of concussions which shut him down for the year in December. That is likely why he has had difficulty finding a spot up to now. Not sure what the protocol is but I imagine a player has to sit out longer with each succeeding concussion. Used mainly as a blocker in Oakland to complement Mychal Rivera as a receiver tight end. Probably a better blocker than Bell at this point.
