LOL Gabbert had like 125 passing yards and 0 TD's until OT.
We had zero 1st downs in the 1st AND 3rd quarters.
Im glad we won, but the Bears assuming he would slide on the TD run, and then letting Torrey Smith get WIDE open in OT were the only 2 plays Gabbert made all day.

He won the game for us. I'm content with that stat.

Voted for rodgers
Umm the hail mary. Duh
how about bringing the team back from down 20 points
The same Lions that had beaten them a few weeks earlier in Green Bay.
How about Gabbert beating the Bears who beat Rodgers at his house ?

How is what Rogers did any different that what Gabbert did?
Both started off like crap
Both threw the final game winning TD in their games, and both had crucial 4th quarter td scrambles.
They both faced bad teams who were on a hot streak, and they both found a way to win late. Not to mention both of these QBs had crap for the running game.
Rogers had 1 more TD pass, Gabbert didn't win on a prayer.
Seems equal to me?

Remind you of any other NFC West QB we hate around here?

Last I checked first and 3rd quarters didn't qualify as clutch time. Game tying 44 yard td followed by 71 yard OT bomb. "Clutch time". Thus clutch player of the week, not offensive player of the week.

"Clutch" Not best offensive performance of the week.

NO, I don't hate Gabbert and I'm the first one to admit that at this point in time, he plays a hell of a lot better than Kaep.
However, it's not like Gabbert smoked the Bears. As a matter of fact had their kicker just made one of the two field goals, the game would have been over and the OT would not have been necessary.
People here are too quick to make judgement based on two or three games.. Usually only one. If a player messes up ... He's a BUM and if he plays good, he's the best there is.
There doesn't seem to be any room for unexpected circumstances.
