I don't know if you should make much of this game. Arizona coming off two prime time games against elite opposition was probably on cruise control. They were never behind and had the refs in their hip pocket.

You know, I'm sick of the inconsistency on this team.
At times, our defense plays lights out. Like today. The only thing that kept Arizona's offense moving were the refs. But last week, it was like we were a different team. Is it coaching? Is it our players simply not giving enough effort when playing on the road?
At times, our offense looks unstoppable. I can't believe I just wrote that adjective, but it's true. We have had a number of long, very well executed, and balanced drives over the past 3 weeks (with Gabbert at the helm). But they can never seem to get it going until late in the 1st half. Is that just Geep feeling out the defense? Is it players not getting their heads in the game?
I have defended Tomsula and his staff this season. But I'm beginning to think that in order for Tomsula to keep his job, he needs to get this team performing consistently to their full capabilties.

Don't like hearing this at all. But coaching is playing that way so we know what they are getting taught anyway.

our offense is d.o.a.
How can gabbert have the stats he has and we come away with 13 points. and only 2 turnovers. that makes no sense.

Happy for not being blown out and embarrassed. I see nothing wrong in that. Especially after being demolished by Seattle's run game last week.
I can't stand Manigini's zone, we had this one crucial 3rd&6 for the Cards, and he calls a soft zone with the corners playing off by 7-8 yards, basically giving them a free 1st down. It seems that in every game he has such a brain fart.
Also, our passrush is slow and ineffective, this is a huge problem.

Yeah, those sacks really hurt.

The good:
The defense held the #1 offense in check all day. It took a few BS refs calls to get Arizona into the endzone, including the comical 5 first and goals Arizona got in the 3rd Quarter.

Stop beating around the bush and say you blame Gabbert for the loss. It's ok.
