Why A Players Coach Doesn't Work!

Tomsula is the definition of a players coach. You know, the guy who is part of the locker room, who can hang with the boys, who is their friend. This s**t doesn't work when your in charge of personnel regardless of its football or something else. Jeds next hire needs to be a head coach already or the best offensive coordinator available in the NFL period. They also need to be the leader and not the players friend. It doesn't mean they need to be disrespectful but the players need to know who is in charge and who will be benching asses if you don't do your job. I can damn well guarantee Belecheck wouldn't put up with this s**t.
