Categorize the Niners Current players

Barring a miraculous transformation, the Niners are out of any kind of contention. Now that I have accepted that, I have started evaluating the players currently on the roster.

Silberman is a rookie so doubt it that they'd give up on him.

Armstead, Harold, Tartt, Brown, those guys are not going anywhere.

Simpson played pretty well, I think he's a good WR.
