Who is the Next HC and GM?

It's all but certain that Tomsula will not be returning next season and if Jed York has half a brain, neither will Baalke. So, who is out there that could take this team back to respectability? Does York go after a big name and give him full autonomy, or does he hire a new GM first to search for the next head coach, and if so, who? Your thoughts...
