No way around it, Kap just needs to go. Franchise QBs like Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Manning, ect, don't have these issues. Have you ever heard of players like Marino, Elway, Farve or any other Super Bowl winning QBs in the entire history of the league having issues like this? Has any other franchise QB during anytime in NFL history had on and off the field problems like Kap?
Dude is just not the guy that's going to take this fanchise to the level where it needs to be to win Super Bowls, it's just not going to happen, so it's time to move on.

This. A lot of laughed out all the reports about Harbaugh and those reports where mostly correct. This information is being leaked out by somebody in the front office. Just like that whole ESPN article about Harbaugh. Ppl on the inside leaked a ton of s**t to them.
