Everybody know that Singletary is bad but Tomsula never had a full season and his record is 3-5 which is relatively good for the squad he had.

Both are great positional coaches. But not qualified to be head coaches.

Dennis Erickson because he got rid of Jeff Garcia. Garcia could've been a Hall of Famer if he'd stayed in San Francisco.

Hands down Tomsula . At least Sing had some credibility and played in the league. The team played for him for awhile till they got tired of the sermons.
Tomsula is soft, a players coach. they like him but don't play for him cuz they see the coaches have no idea what they're doing.
