For this upcoming draft, don't draft for 3 years doen the road.

Agree with you Wally, we are in need not just of a good OC, we need a great OC. Maybe come next yr we offer and OC the HC to come here....it would be one way of insuring we got the guy we wanted. We got tangled up in a mess the way the hirings went down this last time. It was handled poorly, let's say.
But whoever gets this job, and it may scare away some good candidates, is getting no cream puff...as JT has found.

I say load up on spread QB's in the draft, and run them until they break, and just plug in another. They have little to no value to other teams, so you can sign them cheaply. Go get Tebow, RG3, and any underrated spread dual threat QBs on the street, go with two running backs, and five qb's on the roster, turn the NFL on its ear.
