I'm still looking for answers as to why Brent Jones would be the GM. Has he ever worked in scouting or an NFL front office? As far as I can tell he hasn't.

he can be brought along slowly.. he can start being an intern now and learn about.. Elway knew nothing about being a GM either and the guy has done a pretty good job with player personnel..
