Funny part is despite having one of the worst offseasons in league history we were so damn stacked we still have a lot of talent. I'd still say we win 7-10 games. I think the #1 thing that will determine how this season goes is Warner's work with Kap and how he progresses and #2 the OL. How will guys like Thomas, Martin, Looney or Brown do? If you want a #3 I'd say which Vernon Davis and which Boone do we get?

I'll take the over day all.
Love the positivity but the ones I left up there are not true yet. They have the potential to be, but there's no facts supporting any of that

True... but let's honest. Our oline was HORRIBLE last season. Kaep's lack of reading defenses didn't help but depending on guys like Anthony Davis (injured), Mike Iupati (liability in pass pro), J-Mart (really?!?!) and Boone was rusty from no camp. To make matters worst our one bright spot Kilgore gets carted. This season we have Brandon Thomas and Marcus Martin both ready to play, and they have had a year to learn the system. Kilgore should be back healthy. Boone has been in camp and we have Pears as a legit swingman. I think the oline will shake out; Staley Thomas Kilgore Martin Boone (Pears, Looney, and that 6'7 rookie on the bench). On paper this oline seems much better. Moving to a ZBS scheme will help a lot and allow Hyde/Hunter to wear teams down. While Bush will be our 3rd down weapon.

Get tired of living here in Nevada and someone from the Bay Area shouts a Vegas line that is an outlier. William Hill is the Nevada official line. It own two thirds of sports books here. There official is Over/Under of 7 +135m (was +130). You can bet $100 to win $135. I don't see this 6.5 which usually means its from a Caribbean Sportsbook maker than won't pay you if you win in any regard.

Block these sports books from the zone. They don't know or follow the team and just put up slanted information.
They don't know our depth. They just don't.

Why do you think that will be the OL? I agree your line-up was also my expectation pre-camp - but It's week two of TC and we haven't seen anything like that OL line-up yet. The starting line-up has been"
Staley - Boone - ??rotation - martin - pears
And Martin is getting bullied at RG. I am most surprised we haven't seen Thomas in the 1st at all.
So are you thinking that right now they are just cross training players while Kilgore get's ready to return, and then they will go with the starting line?

People forget, or don't realize, that the 49ers could have easily won 11-12 games last year.
I view Aldon Smith talent, and Justin Smith's experience as the two really big losses. To me, everything else is a wash.

I'm over it. It wasn't a matter of dodging this incident, he was a ticking time bomb. And Goodell is gonna bring the hammer down on his ass. And I agree he should be sent to jail. He's had his second chances and his rehab. Clearly that s**t hasn't worked. He has a clear cut history and his latest incident doesn't have much wiggle room, especially in the eyes of Goodell.

Yup. I hated to lose him and I hope if/when he gets reinstated its not to anyone in this division, BUT, Im glad this happened in the offseason and before we actually gave him a huge contract. If it was going to happen, this wasnt a bad time for it. The only way it could have been better timed if it was before the draft and even then it may not have changed much.
