Ageree - Unless they really shake up the line by moving the MOST capable guy to RT - Boone,
Well need 2 TE out of necessity.

JT said today Kap has not been allowed to call any audibles because as a few here have said; they want to look at all the players in certain conditions/plays so there there is 0 game planning. This explains partly why the 1st offense looks like poo this preseason; they call a play just about any 1st defense can read, and stick to it no matter what.
Really super interested to see what kind of play calling they do and what audibles Kap calls this year.. Oboy 2 more weeks then it's time to RUMBLE!!
they've just been tuning up the ferrari
getting ready to take it to the race track.

In hindsight, I agree, pretty risky pairing Silberman and Pears and expecting them to match up with a strong Denver front. Too much to expect from a patchwork line. The warning signs were there too, they were beaten badly in the joint practice.
I understand the coaches want to get a look at as many players as possible with the 1's, but it's time to settle on a starting 5 and get these guys in gear. Week 1 is quickly approaching.

Sloppy tackling and penalties were definately an issue.
Also, that dreaded playclock was often getting close to 00. That is odd as hell considering we apparantly had no audibles.
Can anyone explain what happened on those plays?

If Vance can reach anywhere near the level of receiver he was in college, I'd be pretty excited about that lineup, even with having two tight-ends whose priority might be to block.

Agree and can't explain it.
However, Denver applied REAL pressure and an all out attack.
Maybe JT wanted to see the guys and system under a real attack??
