Low-key the niners have a bunch of good O-Lineman. Training camp is gonna be quite entertaining.

he was very good when he was playing last year, the line suffered from his loss. he should be the center again this year with a better, older stronger, smarter, healthier back up in marcus martin. its all good to me

He manhandled Poe. Can't wait to get him back. Most underrated lineman on our squad. Was our most solid OL when he was healthy.

Hope he's 100% for the start of the season. We need a great anchor in the middle. Really, really hope we see improvement and better health from all the OL across the board.

Based on what exactly? He and Purcell both just seemed like guys taking up a roster spot.

I was not surprised to see him make the roster last off-season. He was a very good center on a very bad New Mexico team in college. He brings versatility to this OL and I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him, with a year of growth, knock Looney off the roster.

I think a lot of it is perception based on draft/program status . . . the 70th pick from USC must be better than the 163rd pick from App. State.
Either way, it will be a great camp competition to filter out the best two guys between Kilgore/Martin/Thomas for the C and LG spots. Can't wait.
