this. gold trim would have made the uni but theyre not as bad as people are making them to be.

Too much black. The jersey is cool and could have been a decent uniform if itwasn't for the black pants. My opinion

I think the black pants are what is throwing me. I'm not disgusted by the uniforms, but I do think they could have done something more to showcase the gold that is so iconic for this franchise. Gold pants or perhaps more gold trim.

Then again, they are alternate uniforms and won't be worn all that often.

Nothing beats the look of the red and gold home uniforms. I absolutely love that look.

They look WAY better in person. I love em now. Thought they were alright before

This is about the younger generation fanbase. The team is going to make a killing off these black jerseys. Are they the best? Nope! But the younger crowd will love these. Tradition is great and the regular uni's aren't going anywhere. This is a once or twice a year thing. Get the hell over it. It's 2015 and uniform changes are happening everywhere and teams are making a killing off new jersey sales.

Who gives a rats ass if the older fans don't like them? Those guys are on their way out anyway. Key Niners players had a hand in designing these. If the like em, them I'm all for it.

I also think this notion of players designing and loving these are being greatly over stated. They would have hyped up anything presented. These thing are a cheap look that has no ties to any heritage. Just because college does this s**t to cater to 17 & 18 year olds doesn't mean we had to.

Like I said, it's twice a year MAX. I'm proud the the franchise has won 5 Super Bowls and is one of the most important teams in the NFL but the glory days have been long gone. If anyone is going to be anymore or anyless of a fan because we're wearing black unis twice a year, you're whack. If you don't like these, who cares! But I can guaran-damn-tee you that your kid/niece/buddy's kid is gonna want one of these pretty soon. And that's exactly who these jerseys are for...the younger generation.

Stupid sick
