just wanted to take this moment to say goodbye to our greatest running back of all time. Thank you for all the memories. Wish you could have had that superbowl you truly deserved. To the heart and soul of the Niners, cheers Frank, and good luck in your future!

Frank Gore. You were a running back for the San Francisco 49ers.

Kinda disappointed in frank. He chased a few extra bucks to go east to Philly when he coulda stood home here for close to the same deal.

Wish he could come back for one more shot, but I understand how it works.
Don't think Philly will be any higher in the standings than the Niners though so I wish he was going somewhere else, and I am not so sure about the way they play but we'll see.
Definitely my favorite Niner since about his 3rd or 4th game. Could see his heart right away, especially against Barlow and with no other talent on offense at all.
If only he had not needed a breather at the goal line against Baltimore...
Best of luck to one of the best Niners ever, though still a notch below the true legends in my opinion.

What a great career! You were so much fun to watch man! We are truly sorry that other teams knew our plays when you played for Singletary but you showed your heart and never criticized- just kept hitting the whole. At 32 if someone will give you an extra 7 million you got to take it, we understand. We would all take it as well. We salute you #21, it has indeed been a pleasure!
