Produced Jeff Blake, David Garrard and Matt Ryan. Also led East Carolina University to a mid major level of D1 football after years of mediocrity. Was last part of Raheem Morris' staff at Tampa Bay in 2011.

Call me crazy but i kind of like this hire. He has a background in coaching QBs WRs and RBs mainly, which is appealing. Dont really remember Jeff Blake, but I do remember David Garrard who was a solid QB at one point and Matt Ryan is more than solid to say the least.
