Gamble's job will be to replace Trent after the epic collapse of the 2015 season. Remember we only promote on staff.

Since the Faithful cannot be happy about our coaching staff, it is all on Baalke and Gamble to get the best roster possible. Good news from a personnel standpoint.

I have full confidence that we will have some of the league's best personnel. I am not very confident that personnel's ability will be maximized.

He was in charge of the pro scouting, while Baalke was in charge of the college scouting.
