Obviously we can't fire Jed....but someone has to be held accountable for all this mess. I think it's clearly Trent Baalke!!!!!!

Mangini's time in the NFL has been primarily on the defensive side. How he became the TE coach in 2014 is the real issue.

He drafted/traded for Boldin, Iupati, Anthony Davis, Kilgore, Stevie Johnson, Kaepernick, Miller, Hyde, McDonald. Baalke has done a s**t ton for the offense. Basically everyone but Gore/Crabtree/Staley.

Davis and iupati were done right after mclougan left. Mcdonald?kaepernick? Johnson? Kilgore? Bahahahaha. This offense is so overrated by the fans. Nobody seems to remember how jed talked about trent after harbaugh got fired. He basically made it clear that Baalkes job is not safe either. JT will given a couple years unless he is absolutely terrible, at that point jed would clear out everybody.

The harsh reality that you guys will have to face sooner or later is that we're going to have the most difficult time winning this division. We may not make the playoffs for the next 3-4 years. No they were done when Baalke was the GM.
First off, it isn't Baalke's job to run our offense. Its his job to make sure we have enough talent to actually run a good one. He has done that consistently as well as keep key players on the team with great contracts. See Kaep's for example
You have an issue with the coaching and the way the players were utilized (aka Roman and Harbs)
