He's ok, but has a lot to learn... needs to be able to make them even and tied within 5 seconds... needs to make sure one isn't longer than the other so it's not touching the ground... needs to do it without his tongue hanging out like it's difficult (it has to come naturally like second nature). He's out of position and glancing a lot. That has to stop.
That was Vic's analysis/criticism on a 2 1/2 year old boy tieing his shoe laces
