Sued is one thing. Its really a non story until you hear something like "paid"

Jerry Jones got "sued" last year and that was barely a blip on the radar

Very hard to prove discrimination based on age without a smoking gun memo saying specifically that, especially in an at will employment state like California.

Yea. And owners get have lawsuits filed against them all the time. But this feeds the "I hate the Yorks" circle jerk, so it'll undoubtedly get WAY more attention than it actually deserves.
