How long will our playoff drought last?

Before Harbaugh became our coach, the 49ers suffered through a whole decade of missing the playoffs. Some seasons we struggled to just maintain a winning record. Hadn't been to the big one since 94. Harbaugh got us there. Now without Harbaugh, do we bounce back and maintain our winning standard that was established before this hellforesaken season? Or do we continue the downward spiral and return to the dark abyss of irrelevance and mediocrity?
Jed is a genius , we will be fine

If we hire Holmgren, championship!
Playoffs next season if people get healthy.

The offense needs major work and will be learning a new system, don't think that happens over night. Maybe another 7 to 9 win season next year.

This. Healthy team = no noticeable drop off with a decent coaching staff.
We will be back next year. Was listening to KNBR on the way home check out this stat in 2011 we had 2 players on IR in 2012 and 2013 we had 4 and in 2014 we had 18 players on IR
it wont

Next year
You guys are positive wow. Usually Im positive but thinking realistically, Im dreading the future. We have no vertical threat at receiver. We have no tight end to catch the ball consistently. Our best player isn't even on the team tomorrow. Our best defensive player might retire. We have no speed at receiver. We have no chemistry next year on the oline with Kilgore, M. Martin, B. Thomas in the mix with iupati most likely gone; Martin better be gone. Boone took a huge step back. Our Dline may be the youngest in the league next year; Not good.

We need a power back to punish the D. We should get a young kicker with experience (How the f**k can that happen, trade?). We need a OC who can maximize the freakish skills of Kaepernick. We need a quality qb from the draft who has major talents to push Kaep.

Oh, and we need a head coach who can bring a toughness to compete in the NFC West. Oh my God, I am really hoping our injured all pros and core guys can pick us back up
gonna have a large hole in oline when iupati bails, justin is leaving a sinking ship with retirement, we have a great athlete trying to play QB, have a question mark at RB (whether or not gore comes back)

and we play in an absolutely brutal division that next year could have 4 winning teams.

we arent going to the playoffs

With a great new head coach and if we can cream it in the coming draft with major impact players especially on the offensive side of the ball, next season.

This roster is still stacked. Its just going to depend on the coach.
