I don't know if Jerry Rice has it in him to coach, but he is an extremely hard worker and understands many technical aspects of the position. His knowledge would be a perfect counter to a guy like Richard Sherman who is a film junkie. Eliminating things that tip off what you are going to do with how routes are run, actually completing the route, the habits that the receivers need to pick up, etc. I will say this, if he has any interest in coaching, he'd be taken more seriously if he did it at the lower level.

For example, Randy Moss is coaching HS ball now. He's a defensive coordinator, but he's still coaching HS ball nonetheless.

Aaron Rodgers, Dez Bryant, and Gronk... for Kap, Crabs, and Davis

-To hire a coach that lets Kaep go back to being a duel threat QB and not attempt to make him a pocket passer.
-To have A LOT less injuries next season
-To beat Seattle @ Seattle next year.
