In the 4 seasons he's been with the 49ers, he's led 49ers to 3 consecutive NFC Championship games, and 1 Super Bowl.

We would be idiots to get rid of him, there is no available coach out there that is better than him.

3 NFC Championship games. 1 SUPER BOWL. How many people in history have done that?
I'm sure the injuries and suspensions we had didn't have anything to do with it.......
It was a failed year from the start.

If Baalke were to fire Harbaugh id think to let Baalke go because thats just stupid... Can you imagine Harbaugh leaving and Going to Dallas.. OMG they could have a dynasty on their hands if they sign back Dez & Murray(or pick up Peterson or Lynch).

Do they also want Roman as OC......because if the 49ers trade Harbaugh, they need to make that part of the package as well. Let some other team run this same predictable offense, struggling to score 17 points a game.

I think it's best we keep everything the same but get a new o staff minus rathman. If we said Jim... fire Solari, Roman at the least, preferably Mangini, Chryst, Morton, etc too and we will give you a long extension at the price you want he would probably say if they go I go. I'm not so sure Harbaugh would take that extension because he's too loyal and knowing how stubborn they are Roman and Solari arent the problem it's the players. Ideally Harbaugh stays, the D staff stays exactly the same and we get a new o staff minus rathman. Harbaugh is willing to bend on the oc and bring in a passing guy maybe not with the same philosophy as him and lets him handle the pass game and he takes care of the team and the run game. Problem is jim probably doesnt want to be here that or he doesnt want a new o staff.

Andy Ried in recent history and he never won ANYTHING and the Eagles finally fired him

This. Marty Schottenheimer is another one, incredible sustained success, but always fell short because his offenses were lacking.
In the NFL, either you're getting better or you're getting worse, there really is no middle ground and this offense has been getting worse with a lot more talent than various teams that are currently outperforming it. There's just no excuse for that. If Harbaugh doesn't want to bring in an independent OC who will run the offense pretty much autonomously, then the front office has no choice but to let him go.

Never heard of such a weird combo deal involving both coaches needing to be dealt together. Of course you can't really believe any of what you just said about that with a straight face. And of course, no team will be even asking for assistants' services coupled with Harbaugh. It's all freaking b******t that's grown legs from the media and their drama tarting lies.
And then people just add to the drama and make more s**t up to seemingly get people to believe the lies are truth.
LOL
