I listened to the whole thing, the part that struck a chord with me was he said the 49ers pass game was more like a 1970's pass offense. He blamed Harbaugh and Roman for awful/stupid game plans or lack there of and schemes. He basically said without saying it that Harbaugh is and has been checked out and no longer wants to be here.

Agree. Listened to the whole thing & it is just amazing this team has won as many games as they have with this style of passing offense & schemes they use.

This has nothing to do with Baalke missing out on 2012 & 2013 draft. One starter has materialized out of two drafts with a stockpile of picks. 2014 looks a little better. But 2012 & 2013 have been brutal.

I've been a Harbaugh fan from day one, but finally have come to the conclusion it's time to part. Regardless of all the issues Coach does not seem to have the same focus. His past performances suggest it is time.

After hearing that, I'm not sure I would want to hire Harbaugh as my coach, if I was an NFL team owner.
